The BSLC300 medical stent laser cutting equipment purchased by Indian customers is a very mature product of MEN-LUCK, because the equipment has been put into use in several hundred units in China, and up to now all the production equipment is running well, whether it is production efficiency or production quality, customers are very satisfied. However, the company always adheres to the service principle of quality first and customer first, and insists on strict quality inspection in each process to ensure that the equipment in the hands of customers can be normal mass production.

Customer trust comes from every testing process of our products. Therefore, before delivery, the quality inspection department begins to carry out the strict inspection stage of all aspects of the equipment, such as parameter indicators, running machine test, cutting and proofing, and appearance.

As a manufacturer of high precision equipment, our medical precision laser cutting equipment has a processing accuracy of 10um, that is, 0.01mm. Because this equipment needs to travel far across the ocean to overseas, we adjusted the routine one-week running machine to one-month running machine test to ensure that the hardware and software of the whole equipment are all running-in place, suitable for long-term processing and production.

After commissioning the machine, the equipment fully meets the production and processing standards, and the last inspection process – trial production of the new machine is carried out. With the production raw materials provided by customers, a number of medical stent cutting and proofing were carried out, and a number of stent samples were successfully cut, which once again verified the high precision processing capability of our equipment!
