After the customer officially put into production, it has completed the cutting of tens of thousands of supports of various materials and various pipe diameters, and the feedback equipment is running well, ready for the production of new products, but suddenly sent a technical support request, what is the matter? Let’s see below.

Originally, the customer replaced the original material of the support, and the equipment debugging had a problem. We need to assist them in debugging parameters according to the stent drawing provided by the customer to ensure the normal cutting of the new stent. Our engineers carefully check the cutting drawing of electronic products and find that the drawing is incomplete, and directly redraw the drawing according to the provided parameters (the original customer is not familiar with the new equipment drawing system). Because of the tube replacement, its diameter and other data also changed, the laser cutting equipment bushing and chuck should be replaced, the cutting height should also be re-debugging, after remote guidance three times focus debugging and laser energy debugging, the final cutting parameters are all completed debugging.

In the process of trial cutting, a new problem appeared. According to the drawn drawing, it could not be cut completely. After measurement and comparison, it was found that the diameter width of the support on the drawing was 0.04mm smaller than the actual width of the stem. The diameter width data provided by the customer is 2.6mm, the actual diameter width data on the original drawing is 2.64mm, although there is only 0.04mm error, but the accuracy of the equipment is within ±5um, so it can not be cut normally during the raw material processing. After changing the diameter data, the problem is easily solved.

After adjusting the cutting height and laser energy, most of the plaque problems were solved, but there was still a small amount of plaque at one cutting position. After fine-tuning the laser energy again, the plaque disappeared, and the perfect cutting of the 2.64mm stent was successfully completed.
