Our company arranged the delivery as soon as possible according to the contract stipulations. We had already determined the logistics company, but because the customer wanted to put into production as soon as possible, we changed from conventional sea transportation to air transportation. It is the first time for such a large volume of cutting equipment to be transported by air. We have contacted a number of air transport companies, but they cannot be transported because the equipment size is too large and the aircraft import is too small to be loaded! The salesman also has a headache, and everyone together to find a way to ship the equipment of the air freight company. As expected, there is a flight in Kunming, China, the plane can be loaded, this news is very good, we arranged overnight to transport the equipment to Kunming, hoping to “board as soon as possible and safely home.”

After solving the transportation problem, the next step is for our after-sales service personnel to arrive at the scene for installation and technical operation guidance. The bad news came, the visa prepared by our company was refused, we saw that the equipment was about to arrive at the customer company, but because of the visa, we could not go to the site installation. We are also very sorry for that. When we communicated with the Indian customer again, we could provide remote technical guidance, and they readily agreed.

Thank you very much for the customer’s understanding, but also because the customer itself has a wealth of equipment production and operation experience, I believe that the follow-up operation under our technical guidance is not a problem. After nearly half a month’s journey, the BSLC300 precision laser cutting equipment has finally reached the hands of customers intact, and is one step closer to production.
