Fiber laser marking machine introduction
Fiber laser marking machine is a processing module integrated by our company using the latest generation of fiber laser technology and fiber laser with high-speed and high-precision galvanometer. The module uses nanosecond fiber laser and adopts MOPA structure. Compared with traditional fixed pulse width laser, the pulse width range is optional from 0.2-500ns, which can accurately control the heat output.

Fiber optic marking machine can be widely used in electronic manufacturing, automotive parts, medical equipment, aerospace, jewelry and other industries. The equipment has the advantages of simple operation, low maintenance cost, long-lasting and clear marking effect.

Precision fiber laser marking machine uses the advantages of short pulse width to handle the removal and modification of metal and non-metal materials with less heat impact and higher requirements for smoothness and fineness. Such as clocks, jewelry, mold industries, bitmap marking, coating removal, etc. Using the advantages of long pulse width, it can also realize the marking process of metal sheet materials (less than 0.25mm), plastic materials (ABS, PVC, PC, PEEK, etc.), coating materials (anodized aluminum, sprayed metal surface), ceramic materials (alumina ceramics, zirconia ceramics,) high-reflective materials (copper alloy, aluminum alloy, gold, silver), dissimilar metals and other materials.
