① In stent thrombosis

However, at present, the stent technology is relatively advanced, and there is a good way to prevent thrombosis in the stent. The doctor will ask the patients who do the stent to take two antiplatelet and antithrombotic drugs within one year. Through the enhanced antithrombotic treatment of drugs, the risk of thrombosis in the stent can be basically reduced to nearly zero.

② In stent restenosis

After the coronary artery is opened by the stent, although the blood vessel is opened, there are still some pathological changes in the vessel wall, and smooth muscle cells on the vessel may proliferate again, leading to restenosis. However, the drug coated stent is now recommended. There will be drugs on the stent to inhibit the proliferation of smooth muscle, so the risk of in stent restenosis will be greatly reduced.

③ Bleeding symptoms

Although heart stent implantation surgery is relatively mature now, and it is relatively safe to perform such surgery, but after heart stent implantation surgery, you still need to take drugs to resist dissolution. Some patients use antiplatelet drugs for a long time to inhibit the growth of platelet cyclooxygenase, but the drugs in the blood platelet have side effects.
