Snake bone structure is a commonly used component in endoscopes. For example, medical endoscopes such as urology, cholangioscopy, gastrointestinal endoscopy, and proctology, industrial endoscopes, and electronic endoscopes. At present, there are two types of structures for endoscopic snake bones. One is a segmented snake bone assembled from multiple identical components, combined with steel wire ropes. The disadvantage is that the direction between segments needs to be determined, and multiple steel wire ropes are required to thread the segmented snake bones together, making assembly more complicated. Another method is to cut the entire pipe as a whole, use a mold for secondary stamping, and fix the hole position with a steel wire rope. The laser cutting machine launched by Men Luck for this is the second processing method, which uses laser for overall cutting while avoiding the tedious assembly process.
So what other advantages does a laser cutting machine have for processing endoscopic snake bones?
① It can meet the geometric centripetal force oblique cutting processing structural requirements between the rotation combination of snake bones. Laser has good monochromaticity, and the laser cutting seam width is between 15-30um. The geometric angle after processing can fully compensate for the gap generated by the processing line position;
② Due to the excessive curvature required between snake bone structures. Laser overall cutting processing can ensure that this structure can effectively rotate flexibly and prevent another clamp from falling off.
③ Select the number of directional digits. You can choose between 4 directions or 2 directions.
④ Because the insertion of endoscopic surgery requires continuous bending, the selection of materials needs to be better in terms of rigidity and flexibility. Generally, materials with high Cr and Ni content are selected, and the laser cutting has good processing characteristics for these two materials.
The characteristic of medical devices is that they have high requirements for accuracy, stability, safety, and purity, both in terms of processing procedures and processing equipment. In the process of medical device processing, traditional cutting methods have significant shortcomings in accuracy and safety controllability, and laser cutting technology replacing traditional cutting technology is an inevitable trend.
Men Luck has independently developed multiple laser cutting machines for the medical industry, providing high-quality system solutions for fine micro processing of various products, as well as excellent training and after-sales service.
