Laser marking machine engraving circuit board manufacturing is not complicated. First, the dense wire shape is carved on the copper coating layer of the substrate. Then, the metal conductive layer in the contour area is scanned and processed by the laser beam according to the predetermined trajectory and process parameters. The metal at the scanning point is heated and evaporated by the beam etching, forming the contour shape of the wire, which is the required circuit board wire. During laser engraving, there is no contact between the laser and the substrate, and the entire process does not require any other chemical steps. Therefore, the quality of the wire is easy to control, and in principle, very fine and high-density wires can be obtained.
